Challenge

Solution
We developed a centralized digital sourcing portal that connected Yundu’s internal procurement team with verified partner suppliers. The system enabled real-time RFQ (Request for Quote) submissions, automated availability checks, and intelligent vendor matching based on product category, delivery history, and pricing trends.
The portal was designed for simplicity allowing partner companies to respond quickly via a clean, mobile-friendly interface with automated status updates and messaging.
